Wholemeal with Sunflower Seed Loaf made with Carrs Breadmaker Wholemeal Flour, Strong White Flour and Sunflower Seeds
- 1½ tsp yeast
- 350g wholemeal flour
- 150g strong white flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1½ tsp salt
- 25g butter
- 360ml water
- 5 tbsp sunflower seeds
- Place all ingredients into the pan except the seeds by following your manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.
- Place seeds in nut/raisin dispenser (if available) and set your machine to the wholemeal/bake raisin setting, medium crust.
- If you do not have a nut/raisin dispenser when the machine indicates (with a beeping sound), add the seeds and close the lid.
