Ingredients

  • ¾ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
  • 300g Wholemeal Flour
  • 100g Strong White Flour
  • ¾ tbsp Sugar
  • 10g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Milk Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 50g Chopped Onion, Softened
  • 280ml Water
  • 100g Cheddar Cheese

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into the pan by following your manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.
  2. Set your machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust.
