Ingredients

  • 375ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 500g Carrs Breadmaker Wholemeal Flour
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 40g Lard
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 75g Cashew Nuts, crushed
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1½ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast

Method

  • Follow the manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients, and set your machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust.
